The Certificate in Human Rights, Peace Studies & Economic Development Strategies is a specialized program designed for individuals passionate about promoting social justice, fostering peace, and contributing to sustainable economic development. This certificate
offers an exploration of the interconnected fields of human rights, peace studies, and strategies for economic advancement.
The Certificate in Human Rights, Peace Studies & Economic Development Strategies prepares individuals for roles in international development, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), government agencies, and advocacy organizations. Graduates emerge with a versatile skill set, capable of addressing complex social challenges with an integrated approach.

Attendance:
Full-time and mandatory (minimum 75% of attendance)
Eligibility and requirements:
1) BA (completed or to be completed within 6 months) in, preferably:
– Criminology
– Psychology
– Social Science
– Anthropology
– Sociology
– Political Science
– International Relations
NB: candidates holding a BA from a different area and/ or specialization can still (conditionally) apply. UGS admission staff will consider candidacies on a case-by- case basis.
2) English proficiency level, B2 or above (validated
via official certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, OTE, LanguageCert or equivalent upon approval). Candidates who do not hold a valid certificate will be assessed, via interview, by qualified Unicollege language instructors + second language requirements, see the Language of Instruction section for further details.

Payments:
Fees can be paid either fully (one transaction) or in installments – for the latter option, candidates should email administration@unicollege.eu for a customized plan prior to enrollment.
