The Advanced Diploma in Human Rights, Peace Studies
& Recuperative Sociology is a program designed for individuals who are passionate about advancing social justice, promoting peace, and contributing to the healing of communities affected by conflict. This comprehensive diploma integrates human rights principles, peace studies, and the transformative field of recuperative sociology
to empower participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the complex challenges faced by societies in turmoil.
Graduates of the Advanced Diploma are suited for careers in international organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), peacebuilding initiatives, human rights advocacy, and social rehabilitation programs. This program equips individuals to become agents of positive change, addressing societal challenges with a holistic understanding of human rights and peace dynamics.

Attendance:
Full-time and mandatory (minimum 75% of attendance)
Eligibility and requirements:
1) BA (completed or to be completed within 6 months) in, preferably:
– Criminology
– Psychology
– Social Science
– Anthropology
– Sociology
– Political Science
– International Relations
NB: candidates holding a BA from a different area and/ or specialization can still (conditionally) apply. UGS admission staff will consider candidacies on a case-by- case basis.
2) English proficiency level, B2 or above (validated
via official certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, OTE, LanguageCert or equivalent upon approval). Candidates who do not hold a valid certificate will be assessed, via interview, by qualified Unicollege language instructors + second language requirements, see the Language of Instruction section for further details.

Payments:
Fees can be paid either fully (one transaction) or in installments – for the latter option, candidates should email administration@unicollege.eu for a customized plan prior to enrollment.
