Master in Detention Law, Organized Crime & Investigation

Uncover dark truths, investigate social deviance, unveil crimes.

This Master is designed for candidates who are passionate about revealing and understanding the complexity of criminal behaviors and who wish to trigger a meaningful impact on society and its justice. The program focuses

on a diverse range of fields and issues, which provide a variety of unique and interdisciplinary knowledge, ranging from psychology and cyber security to sociology and forensics. Moreover, the integration of workshops and case studies selected by highly specialized instructors

will prepare candidates in a broad spectrum of multidisciplinary segments and research areas.

Upon completion of the program, candidates will have consolidated applied knowledge in the criminology and forensics sectors, developing a clear understanding of the connection between crime and social deviance, as well as cybercrime, security, and forensics.

Attendance:

Full-time and mandatory (minimum 75% of attendance)

Eligibility and requirements:

1) BA (completed or to be completed within 6 months) in, preferably:
– Criminology
– Psychology

– Social Science
– Anthropology
– Sociology
– Political Science
NB: candidates holding a BA from a different area and/ or specialization can still (conditionally) apply. UGS admission staff will consider candidacies on a case-by- case basis.

2) English proficiency level, B2 or above (validated
via official certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, OTE, LanguageCert or equivalent upon approval). Candidates who do not hold a valid certificate will be assessed, via interview, by qualified Unicollege language instructors.

3) ID and CV

Executive formula:

Candidates seeking a Master Executive will complete an additional 150-hour internship component at a selected professional partner.

Fees can be paid either fully (one transaction) or in installments – for the latter option, candidates should email administration@unicollege.eu for a customized plan prior to enrollment.
