The Certificate in Geopolitics, Cybercrime & Security is a specialized program designed to provide individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate interplay between geopolitical factors, cyber threats, and the imperative to safeguard global security. This certificate equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to analyze and address cybersecurity challenges within the broader context of international relations.
The Certificate in Geopolitics, Cybercrime & Security positions individuals for career starts or advancements in cybersecurity, national security agencies, international organizations, and private sector roles where a deep understanding of the geopolitical context is crucial. Attendance:
Full-time and mandatory (minimum 75% of attendance)
Eligibility and requirements:
1) BA (completed or to be completed within 6 months) in, preferably:
– Criminology
– Psychology
– Social Science
– Anthropology
– Sociology
– Political Science
– International Relations
NB: candidates holding a BA from a different area and/ or specialization can still (conditionally) apply. UGS admission staff will consider candidacies on a case-by- case basis.
2) English proficiency level, B2 or above (validated
via official certificate (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, OTE, LanguageCert or equivalent upon approval). Candidates who do not hold a valid certificate will be assessed, via interview, by qualified Unicollege language instructors + second language requirements, see the Language of Instruction section for further details.

Payments:
Fees can be paid either fully (one transaction) or in installments – for the latter option, candidates should email administration@unicollege.eu for a customized plan prior to enrollment.
